Facility Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our London Head Office in Colliers Wood (SW19 2PX). This will be a standalone role and report directly to UK General Manager, and you will work closely with the UK Leadership Team.

As the Facilities Manager in DaVita UK, you’ll ensure our Head Office and clinic buildings and services, across the UK, are well maintained and provide a pleasant workspace for teammates. You’ll be the first point of call for any facilities issues and be responsible for:

  • Ensuring our Head Office and clinics are compliant with regulatory requirements, such health and safety, energy efficiency and other relevant standards
  • Visiting clinics to conduct audits and facilities needs assessment to identify any issues, expect around 30% travel across England & Wales
  • Managing external vendors for facilities services such as building maintenance, cleaning, security, waste management, fire safety and other relevant services
  • Controlling the budget for facilities services and maintenance
  • Building strong relationships with clinic managers, finance and operations teams
  • Developing consistent facilities metrics, reporting and analytics suite to present to key stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar facilities role, ideally with a healthcare or multi-site organisation
  • Knowledge and experience in health and safety and relevant building regulations
  • An ability to build successful working relationships with stakeholders at all levels in an organisation
  • A background in electrical engineering would be advantageous
  • Facilities, building or engineering qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Confident using MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, proficiency with Excel would be advantageous
  • Valid UK Driving License
