Annual Reports

As DaVita UK has more than 250 teammates there is a requirement to report the Gender Pay Gap for the organisation and is the reporting of annual data on the difference in average pay between men and women, including mean and median pay, bonus pay, and the proportion of team mate in each pay quartile. DaVita UK first started to report in 2024.

The gender pay gap is the difference in average earnings between men and women at DaVita UK.

  1. Mean and median gender pay gap for hourly pay.
  2. Mean and median gender pay gap for bonus pay.
  3. Proportion of men and women in each pay quartile.
  4. Proportion of men and women receiving bonus payments.
  5. The snapshot date for DaVita UK as a private sector employer is 5 April, and the reporting deadline is 4 April of the following year.

Gender Pay Gap reporting aims to promote transparency around pay and enable any disparities between men and women’s pay and or bonuses to be addressed.
