We have robust arrangements for the monitoring and resolution of complaints, assessment and monitoring of risks including COSHH and general risk arrangements and incident reporting mechanism.
Our dedicated Quality and Regulatory Manager, oversees all quality related issues including our continued compliance with all relevant legislation and guidance - including Renal Association standards, National Services Framework, NICE standards and also the operating requirements of the different individual Trusts that we serve.
Our continuous quality improvement programme involves internal and external audits which follow our 'Measure, Analyse and Improve' quality process.
