Renal Services (UK) Limited successfully completed a recapitalisation of its balance sheet on 1st March 2011 in order to incorporate investors' 100% agreement to become shareholders in the Company going forward. This has been carried out in conjunction with a corporate restructuring. It follows a joint venture with GML AG - a subsidiary of KfH Kuratorium, the largest not-for-profit dialysis provider in Europe who has become our main supplier of equipment and services.The combination of these events will provide the Company with a much stronger positive financial outlook and thus an assured ability to participate and invest in long-term projects.
