• We maintain a core of mandatory training programmes which include Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Infection Control
• Renal Services seconds it staff onto the Advanced Renal Course and 75% of our Band 5 nurses have successfully completed this course.
• Mentorship courses are offered to all Senior Staff Nurses
• All staff are given the opportunity to participate in annual conferences offered by BRS, EDTNA and RCN.
• Our Health Care Assistants are actively encouraged and supported to attend the RCN seminars and conferences.
